Job Duties

These are the job duties required of the position.

Description of Job Duty

Perform troubleshooting for computer, telephone, network and programming problems, resolving if possible and if time allows; otherwise diverting to the appropriate division when needed.

Administer computer accounts (permissions, passwords, health, etc. for domain, Blackboard, Imail, Vax, etc.)

Administer long-distance PINs.

Web application to development (User Services field inventory entry, campus maps, antivirus information, dropbox, etc.).

Antivirus license compliance (package installers, maintain records, enforce policies as needed).

Software and patch packaging (VPN software, automation of MS KB steps, etc.)
