Job Duties

These are the job duties required of the position.

Description of Job Duty

Answer main CSC phone line.

Check payment lock box each day.

Write receipts for tuition payments.

Make deposits at Bursar’s Office.

Print & distribute time records.

Enter payroll in TRS for 23 monthly & 46 semi-monthly employees.

Prepare APS timesheets and keep track of APS hours.

Update payroll reports for FWS, APS, and GA students and distribute to Master Teachers.

Campus/CSC mail runs.

Maintain and update both online and physical files.

Process paperwork and setup files for new children enrollees.

Process paperwork to hire student workers and set up files.

Purchasing- enter departmental requisitions and receipts in eBucs.

Handle departmental petty cash disbursements and reimbursements.

Enter work order requests.

Prepare children’s lunch menu (monthly).

Prepare children and staff birthday list (monthly).

Assist in classrooms whenever needed.

Assist with lunches as needed.

Run errands to Wal-Mart, Lowe’s, grocery store as necessary.

Laminate items for classroom display.

Monitor fax and copier machines.

Assist with special fundraising activities.

Handle miscellaneous correspondence.

Attend Center functions such as staff meetings, etc.

Answer doorbell.

Post notices (inclement weather/family gatherings, etc).
