Job Summary

Knowledge and experience with Microsoft Office software. Knowledge of New Innovations. Knowledge and experience in medical education.

Required Qualifications

high school diploma and 2 years experience required; Associate’s degree preferred.

Job Duties

These are the job duties required of the position.

Description of Job Duty

Coordinates Senior student selective and electives. Coordinates Junior and Senior academic half day.

Communicates with students regarding schedules and site choices.

Makes assignments and sends out communication to students, attendings, residents, fellows, and staff.

Notifies hospitals of students to ensure computer access is provided.

Meets with students at weekly academic half day lectures.

Assists students with putting in leave and making arrangements when being absent from rotations.

Reminds faculty and fellows of their monthly lectures.

Match students to attendings, residents, and fellows in New Innovations, so that evaluations are completed for all students on all rotations.

Prepares check requests, purchase orders, travel requests, enters information into eBucks. Reconciliation of grand and funding accounts.
