Job Duties

These are the job duties required of the position.

Description of Job Duty
  • Processes on and off-boarding for all IM residents/fellows.
  • Processes J-1 visas/documentation for residents and fellows.
  • Processes paperwork for loan deferments.
  • Processes credentialing of all graduates.
  • Trains coordinators from other departments to file visas.
  • Works with GME regarding payroll.
  • Records duty hours.
  • Updates block schedules for Residents, Fellows, and Attendings.
  • Imports ERAS data into New Innovations.
  • Coordinates interviews.
  • Keeps personnel records updated.
  • Enters leave for residents/fellows in TRS.
  • Trains new employees.
  • Acts as Chief Proctor for ITE exams.
  • Adds rotations and names into New Innovations.
  • Coordinates FMLA paperwork for residents/fellows.
  • Coordinates semi-annual review paperwork.
  • Tracks evaluations.
  • Orders/maintains pagers.
  • Processes all IM resident/fellows fingerprinting.
