Job Summary
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
  • Knowledge of Banner system. * Proficient in Microsoft Word/Excel. * Knowledge of University policies and procedures.
Required Qualifications

High School diploma or GED plus three (3) years secretarial office experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.

Job Duties

These are the job duties required of the position.

Description of Job Duty
  • Secretarial requirements such as filing, word processing, processing requisitions, purchase orders, ordering supplies, check requests, invoices, tracels requisitions and travel claims.
  • Budget management, creating, typing and proofing correspondence, mailing lists, and reports.
  • Scheduling, maintaining records, and filing.
  • Routing incoming mail.
