Job Summary

Position involves a variety of tasks including; interpersonal communication, knowledge of office practices, procedures and equipment; knowledge of bookkeeping/accounting; skills in organizing and priotizing tasks. Coordinate Underwriting requests, process billing and deposits. Assist with semi-annual fund drives and process contributions from Fund Drives. Maintain annual Community Service Grant. Work with Program Director to assemble In-Kind Reports. Prepare payroll for WETS; Monitor office budgets; and process purchase orders. Answer phone, process in-coming mail and perform other related duties as assigned

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities

Computer literacy. Keyboarding, database use, spreadsheet use. Knowledge of office practices, procedures and equipment. Communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to organize and prioritize multiple tasks.

Required Qualifications

High School diploma or GED plus three (3) years secretarial office experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.

Job Duties

These are the job duties required of the position.

Description of Job Duty

-Coordinate Underwritting requests with the Director o Underwritting, WETS Director, and Membership Coordinator to place spot on radio logs. Track Underwritting Agreements to prepare monthly billing.

-Process all contributions from Fund Drives and take to University Advancement each day for deposit and Banner entry.

-Maintain, assemble and prepare annual Community service Grant(s)

-Work with Program Director to assemble data and prepare in-kind reports.

-Place purchase orders for supplies and process apyment on all incoming invoices.

-Monitor office budgets – maintian budget expenses and complete reports as required.

-Serves as liaison with appropriate office/individuals aush as University Advancement, University Public Relations, University Press and other offices.

-Coordinate travel arrangements, meetings, schedules, and requsitions of directors and other staff.

-Assist with semi annual fund drives.. coordinate phones, set-up, activities of managers, membership coordinator and volunteers.

-Prepare monthly time reports for all staff and interns.

-Serves as liaison between listeners, staff and university

-Track purchasees, ship and make deposits for Home and Away Cookbook.
