Job Duties

These are the job duties required of the position.

Description of Job Duty

Assist Departmental Chairman in performance of departmental administrative duties.

Maintains chair’s calendar and schedule appointments.

Types reports, records, memoranda and correspondence concerning budgetary matters within the department.

Prepare directories and key in class schedules.

Make and keep appointment schedule for Chair.

Supervises student workers.
