Required Qualifications

Bachelor’s Degree; two – three year experience in libraries preferred; office management/supervisory position.

Job Duties

These are the job duties required of the position.

Description of Job Duty

Department operations in absence of supervisor.

Assists Department head.

Maintain current and future calendars/schedules.

Maintain/correct current bibliographic, listing of all law materials.

Assist patrons, answer phone, schedule of work, general clerical duties.

Training of all staff and continuous training and monitoring.

Payroll records.

Public service/ emergency assistance.

Design, upkeep, and preparation of departmental manual.

Handle complaints, problems, and suggestions of staff/patrons.

Maintain office files.

Oversee processing of mailings and advisements.

Oversee implementation of special projects.
