High School diploma or GED plus three (3) years secretarial office experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.

Assists chairperson with administrative duties such as scheduling classes, monitoring inventory, corresponding with other administrative offices, etc.

Prepare and Xerox exams as needed for 8 full-time and four to ten part-time instructors and graduate assistants.
